ALTERA2ION sells downloadable workflow packages for architectural image production. By ordering from the storefront or using an ALTERA2ION account, you agree to these terms together with the license, privacy policy, and refund policy published on this site.

Orders are fulfilled only after payment is successfully confirmed. A success-page redirect on its own does not guarantee delivery until the order is marked fulfilled and a secure download link is issued.

Customers must provide an accurate email address and keep their account access secure. Download links, passwords, and Google sign-in access must not be shared in a way that exposes paid package files to third parties.

Package files are licensed, not sold. Redistribution, resale, mirroring, public file hosting, public model sharing, or exposing package contents through a service or tool for third-party download is not allowed without written permission.

Package versions, setup notes, compatibility guidance, and recommended tooling may change over time. We may update package files and documentation when model requirements or supported workflows change.

Where the law allows it, ALTERA2ION is not responsible for indirect loss caused by unsupported environments, modified third-party tooling, or misuse of the package outside the published setup guidance. This does not remove statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
