Digital delivery terms

Because the products are downloadable digital goods, all sales are generally final once secure delivery is issued.

Refunds may be considered if the wrong package was delivered, the download is technically unusable and support cannot resolve it, or the order was duplicated in error.

Support requests should be raised promptly through the delivery email thread with the Stripe receipt and a short description of the issue.

Chargebacks should be treated as a last resort. Contact support first so the delivery link, package version, or order record can be reviewed.
